Payment Methods
The RM of McKillop now accepts e-Transfers and credit card payments for the following services:
- Lagoon Fees
- Utilities
- Garbage Collection
- Permits
- Maps
- Landfill Services
- And more
Please note that the maximum allowable credit card payment per day is $500.00.
Receipts are available upon request.
Tax Payments
Taxes cannot be paid via credit card. However, payments can be made via e-Transfer. Please refer to the instructions below for more details on how to complete your tax payment through online banking.
Online Banking
Online banking is currently available for residents who bank with Affinity Credit Union, BMO, and CIBC. When making a payment, please use your property roll number as your account number.
Payment by Interac e-Transfer
To make a payment via Interac e-Transfer, please send your transfer to the RM's official email address: rm220general@rm220.ca.
In the message field, you must include the following details:
- Your name or the name of the party you are paying on behalf of
- The legal land description of the property
- A clear indication of what you are paying for (e.g., taxes, lagoon fees, garbage collection, etc.)
- Please also specify if you would like a receipt for your payment
Important Note for Interac e-Transfers
Please be advised that some banks may require a security question or password for the e-Transfer. However, the RM of McKillop does not require this information.
If prompted to provide a security question or password after you have already entered your payment details, simply disregard the prompt and proceed with the transfer.

In addition to e-Transfer and credit card payments, the RM of McKillop also accepts the following payment methods:

- Bank Draft
- Money Order
